Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure hardware/software systems including workstations, servers, and network devices
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for employees via ticketing system and remote assistance
- Monitor system health using monitoring tools and escalate critical issuesDocument IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Assist with cybersecurity best practices implementation
- Participate in IT infrastructure projects and system upgrades
- Collaborate with vendors for equipment procurement and maintenance
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent technical training
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
