Responsibilities
- Complete intensive technical training modules covering network infrastructure, security protocols, and system administration
- Assist senior technicians with hardware installations, software updates, and user support tickets
- Participate in simulated cybersecurity drills and incident response scenarios
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles for team reference
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT infrastructure projects
- Obtain and maintain industry certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+)
- Provide basic end-user support during training rotation
- Contribute to continuous improvement of IT workflows and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required)
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking abilities
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
