Responsibilities
- Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and networks
- Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation of IT infrastructure
- Document IT procedures and create user manuals for internal systems
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on cybersecurity initiatives and data protection measures
- Participate in software testing and quality assurance processes
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
