The Role

As an Entry Level HR Coordinator, you will be the face of our HR department. You will support our HR Manager in executing day-to-day operations and ensuring our employees feel valued and supported.

Responsibilities

  • Recruiting Support: Assist in the full-cycle recruiting process, including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews for Boston-based candidates.
  • Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all paperwork (I-9s, W-4s) is completed accurately and introducing new team members to company culture.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and payroll, maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
  • HRIS Management: Maintain and update employee records in our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy and compliance with local laws.

Qualifications
