Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Manage new hire onboarding documentation and orientation programs
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems (Workday/ADP experience a plus)
- Assist with employee relations inquiries and conflict resolution
- Coordinate training programs and professional development initiatives

Qualifications
