Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires
- Assist with employee relations inquiries and maintain accurate HR records
- Coordinate training programs and professional development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with federal and state labor regulations
- Manage HRIS data entry and reporting tasks
- Support HR projects including benefits administration and performance reviews
- Assist in maintaining a positive company culture through engagement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR experience or relevant internship
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday or SAP a plus)
- Knowledge of Florida labor laws and HR compliance
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and team player attitude
