Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews
- Manage employee onboarding processes including paperwork coordination and new hire orientations
- Maintain accurate HR records in Workday and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Assist with employee relations matters including conflict resolution and policy implementation
- Coordinate HR initiatives including performance reviews, training programs, and engagement surveys
- Support payroll administration and benefits enrollment processes
- Generate HR analytics reports for leadership decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (Workday/BambooHR experience a plus)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of EEO, FMLA, and HR compliance regulations
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
