Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and technical support via phone and email.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Document customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing accounts.
Qualifications
