Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and analysis of complex datasets to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Provide first-level technical support to internal clients and customers via email, phone, and chat.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.
- Collaborate with senior analysts to create reports and dashboards using tools like Excel and SQL.
- Maintain accurate records of data entry and customer interactions.

Qualifications
