What You Will Do:
- Support Business Intelligence: Assist in the development of dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators.
- Data Integrity: Monitor and clean data sets to ensure accuracy and consistency across all departments.
- Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify trends and opportunities in the North Carolina market.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing and sales teams to provide insights that drive revenue growth.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current data workflows and propose modern solutions.

Qualifications

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and basic SQL knowledge.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data simply.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to data analysis and reporting.
- Availability: Must be available to start immediately upon hiring.
