Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data from various internal and external sources.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights for business reporting.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of dashboards and visualizations.
- Perform basic technical troubleshooting and support for internal software tools.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to the management team in clear, concise reports.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across all departmental systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic business objectives.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiasm to learn new software and analytical tools quickly.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for occasional site visits).
