In this role, you will support our data science team in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business strategy. You will work closely with senior analysts and cross-functional departments to ensure data accuracy and integrity while developing your technical skills in SQL, Python, and visualization tools.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and patterns for business optimization.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and translate technical findings into non-technical insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across all reporting platforms.
- Perform basic statistical analysis and A/B testing to support marketing and product teams.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and code reviews to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Familiarity with SQL (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE) and basic understanding of relational databases.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Charts).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting data findings to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
