Responsibilities
- Conduct product training sessions and onboarding for new clients to ensure successful adoption of our platform.
- Monitor client accounts proactively to identify potential issues and resolve them before they impact the customer experience.
- Collaborate with the internal technical support team to troubleshoot complex customer inquiries.
- Track and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements to product features.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM database and provide regular status updates to management.
- Participate in daily team meetings, training workshops, and strategy sessions to stay aligned with company goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
