Responsibilities
- Master company products and services through intensive onboarding and ongoing training modules
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction metrics
- Document support cases accurately in CRM systems while maintaining SLA compliance
- Collaborate with senior team members to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvement initiatives
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions to develop advanced troubleshooting skills
- Support product launches by assisting with beta testing and feedback collection
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or technical support experience (internships acceptable)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with neutral accent
- Ability to learn technical concepts quickly with strong problem-solving aptitude
- Availability for rotating shifts including weekends during peak periods
- Must pass background check and pre-employment skills assessment
- Valid work authorization in the United States required
