- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes and customer experience.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (if applicable for hybrid roles).
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Willingness to learn new software and adapt to changing company policies.
