Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and product support to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with the night shift team to resolve escalations and complex issues.
- Adhere to company scripts and quality assurance standards during every shift.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during late-night shifts.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (35+ WPM).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (required for remote candidates).
- Ability to work flexible night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
