Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to resolve inquiries and issues.
- Balance daily cash drawers and reconcile reports to ensure accuracy.
- Assist customers in opening new accounts and understanding our products and services.
- Maintain a clean and organized teller workstation.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service or cash handling is a plus but not required for trainees.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn banking software.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
