Responsibilities
- Perform daily cash handling and transaction processing with high accuracy and speed.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service at the teller line and lobby.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for banking products and services.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure full compliance.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex matters to the branch manager.
- Adhere to all banking regulations, security protocols, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required (we provide on-the-job training).
- Strong mathematical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in using computerized banking software and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
