Responsibilities
- Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments efficiently and accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues.
- Operate teller terminals and handle cash drawers with strict accuracy.
- Assist in promoting bank products and services to meet branch goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the vault and lobby.
- Learn and adhere to all bank security and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; prior banking experience is a plus but not mandatory for our Trainee program.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to handle cash transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
