Responsibilities
- Execute Daily Transactions: Accurately process cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments for customers.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries regarding account balances and services, and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
- Banking Operations: Assist in maintaining accurate records, balancing daily cash drawers, and reconciling transactions.
- Sales & Promotion: Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products such as CDs, savings accounts, and credit cards to meet branch goals.
- Compliance: Adhere to all bank policies, regulatory requirements, and security protocols at all times.
- Branch Maintenance: Keep the teller line area clean, organized, and professional at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not required for the Trainee position.
- Skills: Basic math proficiency, computer literacy, and typing skills are essential.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Availability: Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
