- Oversee the research and integration of emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, Quantum Readiness) into our core platform.
- Establish governance frameworks to ensure scalability and security in future-forward projects.
- Mentor senior engineering talent and foster a culture of innovation and forward-thinking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in technical leadership, product strategy, or systems architecture.
- Proven track record of leading successful large-scale digital transformations.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures and future tech trends.
