Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and societal shifts to forecast industry landscapes through 2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology for enterprise transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product development and business models
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with 2026 market projections
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and establish thought leadership in emerging domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology impact assessment
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (white papers, books, keynotes)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or equivalent methodology (e.g., CFS, CFMP)
