Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15+ open positions including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
- Develop and execute employee engagement programs with 95% participation targets
- Administer benefits enrollment, compliance documentation, and HRIS maintenance
- Coordinate performance reviews and training initiatives across 200+ employees
- Handle employee relations inquiries and conflict resolution with 24-hour response SLA
- Support payroll processing for weekly pay schedule implementation
- Analyze HR metrics to optimize talent retention and recruitment efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of HR coordination experience with weekly payroll processing
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
- Expert proficiency in Workday and Greenhouse HR platforms
- Proven conflict resolution skills with mediation certification
- Austin market recruitment network with 50+ active candidate connections
- Advanced Excel skills with dashboard creation experience
- Texas HR compliance knowledge including FMLA and EEO regulations
