As the HR Coordinator, you will be the face of our HR department, supporting our team members and ensuring our administrative operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding new hires, maintaining personnel files, and coordinating offboarding processes.
- Assist with payroll administration and timekeeping systems to ensure accurate and timely compensation.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, such as posting job openings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain the HRIS database, ensuring all employee data is up-to-date and confidential.
- Support benefits administration, including open enrollment and answering employee inquiries regarding health plans.
- Organize and conduct new hire orientations and training sessions to foster a welcoming culture.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in HR coordination or a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency with HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, or ADP) is highly desired.
- Strong working knowledge of Colorado employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
