As a Weekend Shift Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional shopping experience on Saturdays and Sundays. You will be the first point of contact for our guests and will assist in maintaining our high standards of service and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service during weekend shifts.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Assist in stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining a clean sales floor.
- Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and security checks.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies to management.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium weight items.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are required.
