Responsibilities

- Training Completion: Successfully complete our paid training program to master sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Performance Goals: Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets under the guidance of management.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to maintain a high-energy and organized store environment.
- Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and store presentation standards.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation.
