Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the Portland area.
- Utilize various communication channels to reach out to prospective customers and generate qualified leads.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects through consistent follow-ups and relationship building.
- Collaborate with senior sales representatives to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Attend daily training sessions, team huddles, and workshops to sharpen your skills and industry knowledge.
- Document all interactions and progress in our CRM system accurately and timely.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required. We provide the training you need.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal abilities.
