Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate standard office equipment and computer software (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Process orders and manage inventory with a high degree of accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Identify opportunities to promote our services to new clients.
- Track daily activities and report progress to supervisors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing environments.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation and valid ID.
