Responsibilities
- Engage with Customers: Conduct professional product consultations via phone and email for clients in the New York and Jacksonville areas.
- Complete Training: Participate in our structured, paid training program to master our sales methodologies and product knowledge.
- Drive Sales: Meet and exceed weekly sales targets through effective communication and relationship building.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales floor team to ensure a seamless customer experience during peak weekend hours.
- Feedback Loop: Provide valuable feedback to management regarding customer trends and program improvements.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech-Savviness: Basic computer proficiency and the ability to navigate web-based platforms.

- Language: Fluency in English is required.
