- Problem Solving: Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex matters to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Attitude: A positive, eager-to-learn attitude and a strong desire for career advancement.
- Reliability: Ability to work full-time hours with a consistent attendance record.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the Dallas office.
