Responsibilities

- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in our database.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify trends and improve overall service quality.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues on the first contact whenever possible.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
