Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night operations.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide step-by-step solutions to clients.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the day-shift support team to resolve complex escalated issues.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience when handling high-volume tickets.
- Adapt to new software updates and internal tools quickly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a computer are essential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new technologies.
