Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during the night shift.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues with patience and professionalism.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our CRM system accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to foster a productive environment.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior support agents when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Willingness to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 5 PM – 2 AM).
