Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude upon arrival.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with a focus on resolution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays to keep the store visually appealing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy for operating cash registers.
