Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for enterprise clients via phone, email, and remote access
- Diagnose hardware/software issues using proprietary diagnostic tools
- Document all interactions in our CRM system with precision and detail
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex escalations
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions to maintain certification status
- Maintain SLA metrics for response time and resolution efficiency
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and internet navigation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends (as needed)
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional on-site visits)
- Pass background check and drug screening (pre-employment)
- Must complete paid training program within 90 days
