Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor system performance and respond to critical alerts during the night shift.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the internal knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain a professional and helpful demeanor with all internal clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in IT/CIS is a plus).
- Basic computer literacy (Windows, Mac, and mobile devices).
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts (12:00 AM - 8:00 AM).
- A self-starter attitude with a desire to learn new technologies.
