Responsibilities
- Assist physicians with patient examinations and procedures
- Perform vital signs measurements and EKGs
- Prepare and maintain medical equipment and supplies
- Update electronic health records accurately
- Schedule patient appointments and manage phone triage
- Administer injections and medications (post-training)
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- No prior medical experience necessary
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Basic computer literacy (EMR systems provided)
