Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues for clients via phone and chat.
- Maintain accurate and detailed logs of customer interactions in the ticketing system.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior technicians while managing customer expectations.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on support tickets to ensure high service standards.
- Participate in daily training sessions and product update briefings.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required (Associate degree preferred).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with operating systems.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a focus on empathy and clarity.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM).
