Responsibilities
- Provide remote and onsite technical support for enterprise hardware/software systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex network, security, and infrastructure issues
- Document solutions using our knowledge base and ticketing systems
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system improvements
- Maintain service level agreements and performance metrics
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (rotational schedule)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic familiarity with Windows/macOS/Linux operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to learn technical concepts quickly
- Customer service mindset with patience and empathy
- Valid driver's license (for onsite support)
