Responsibilities
- Utilize social media platforms and professional networks (LinkedIn, Indeed) to identify and source top-tier technical talent.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for open technical roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and refine job descriptions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, including technical assessments and panel interviews.
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process to ensure a world-class experience.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and possess a competitive spirit.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and navigating the web.
