Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Sifting: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other social platforms to identify and engage passive candidates for technical roles.
- Screening: Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
- Pipeline Building: Develop and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates to meet departmental hiring goals.
- Admin Support: Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and manage offer letters.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and engage.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software tools.
- Drive: Self-motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed and hit targets.
