Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events to identify top-tier talent for our client companies.
- Screening: Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
- Client Relations: Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and job requirements.
- Market Analysis: Research market trends and salary benchmarks to advise candidates accurately.
- Onboarding: Guide candidates through the interview process and assist with onboarding documentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
- Must possess a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
