Responsibilities
- Participate in our intensive onboarding and training curriculum to master modern recruitment methodologies and tools.
- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of technical talent (developers, engineers, analysts) for our key clients.
- Conduct professional phone screens and face-to-face interviews to accurately assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Director to meet monthly and quarterly recruitment targets and KPIs.
- Manage the full candidate lifecycle, from initial contact to offer acceptance and onboarding.
Qualifications
- A high level of enthusiasm and a genuine desire to learn a new profession.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional telephone manner.
- Strong time management, organizational abilities, and the drive to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office and CRM software (training provided).
- A degree or equivalent experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
