Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies for niche 2026 tech roles (AI/ML, Quantum Computing, Neurotech)
- Conduct technical interviews and assessments to validate candidate expertise in emerging domains
- Build and maintain a passive talent pipeline of specialists in quantum algorithms and generative AI
- Partner with engineering leadership to define role requirements for next-gen tech stacks
- Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment funnels and diversity initiatives
- Manage candidate experience through AI-powered ATS and virtual reality interview platforms
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with AI/quantum computing or biotech specialization
- Deep understanding of 2026 tech trends: quantum algorithms, synthetic biology, AGI frameworks
- Expertise in Boolean/X-Ray sourcing and technical assessment methodologies
- Experience with recruitment analytics tools (Greenhouse, Lever, HireVue)
- Proven track record of placing niche talent in pre-seed to Series C startups
- Certification in Technical Recruiting (CTR) or equivalent technical background
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
