Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the long-term technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap and infrastructure.
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain) into our ecosystem.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions that align with business objectives.
- Conduct rigorous technical due diligence for strategic partnerships and acquisitions.

Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering or strategic technology leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading complex, large-scale projects from concept to production.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and architectural decision-making skills.
- Strong background in managing budgets and resources for R&D initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in a fast-paced, startup or high-growth enterprise environment.
