Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Collaborate with leadership to create a comprehensive technology vision that aligns with business goals and industry trends.
- Technology Forecasting: Continuously monitor and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Advanced AI, Green Tech) to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Digital Transformation Leadership: Spearhead initiatives to modernize legacy systems and drive seamless integration of new digital platforms.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders and executive teams.
- Vendor & Partnership Strategy: Manage relationships with key technology partners and vendors to ensure optimal value and innovation.
- Innovation Labs: Lead the internal innovation team in prototyping and testing cutting-edge solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or MBA with a focus on Technology Management.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, IT consulting, or a senior technical leadership role.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technology strategies and executing them successfully.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of cloud architectures (AWS/Azure), cybersecurity, and data analytics.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage high-stakes projects.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing at all levels of the organization.
