Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Document all customer interactions and technical steps taken in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with senior team members to improve support processes.
- Learn and utilize internal ticketing systems and diagnostic tools.
- Ensure all support tickets are resolved within established service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
