Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and execution of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical initiatives with business goals.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain) to identify strategic opportunities.
- Oversee the architectural design of large-scale enterprise systems and ensure scalability and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Operations, to drive digital transformation.
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate third-party technology solutions for optimal integration.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a compelling way.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or strategic technology management.
- Proven track record of successfully leading technology transformations and strategic planning initiatives.
- Deep understanding of cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern software development methodologies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire diverse teams.
- Certifications such as PMP, TOGAF, or AWS Solutions Architect are highly desirable.
