Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues including Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and network connectivityInstall, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripheralsDocument technical issues and solutions using ITSM softwareAssist in network administration tasks under supervisionParticipate in security awareness training and protocolsCollaborate with senior IT staff on complex projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Basic computer literacy and problem-solving aptitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to learn technical concepts quickly
- Valid driver's license (for occasional equipment transport)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must be available for daytime training hours (8 AM - 5 PM)
- CompTIA A+ certification a plus (not required)
