Responsibilities
- Complete 12-week paid training program covering IT fundamentals and advanced certifications
- Provide tier-1 technical support for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure

- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system deployments
- Participate in quarterly skills advancement workshops
Qualifications
